Students

The main point of this project is:  You must educate me about the Rainforest and you must convince me to want to help save the Rainforest!  You will use the following tools for this project: 

• The Internet to research this topic. 

• A Painting Program to draw realistic pictures of the Rainforest. 

• PowerPoint to design an accurate and informative multimedia presentation called, Help Save The Rainforest.  Remember, a multimedia presentation includes a well designed slideshow AND a well prepared speech.

• Students:  Please review this  information before you begin the activities listed below.

Activity 1:    Gather 20 Facts About The Rainforest.
Answer the four questions listed below.  
Design appropriate searches using these search engines: Google, AskForKids, and Yahooligans.  
Write your answers on lined paper using complete sentences.  
No plagiarizing - write using your own words.  
Write down a citation for every website you use.
