THE
SECOND SEMESTER
HAS BEGUN AND THE THIRD QUARTER BEGINS
The first and second quarters have come to an
end. Most students have become more aware of the rigors of
7th grade. Students still continue to have problems turning work in on
time and complete. It is as necessary now as it was at the beginning of
the year to make them aware of the importance of completing work on time
and getting it turned in. Students should stop and reorganize for
this new quarter by getting new notebooks where needed and possibly new
assignment books. The assignment book still needs to be reviewed by
parents weekly.
Our field trip was a success and students
appeared to have enjoyed the trip. We will be planning another soon and
keep everyone posted as to the arrangements.
MEAP testing is now taking place and
students should be getting plenty of rest and a good breakfast before
coming to school. Both reading and writing are tested this year and
results should be in during the fourth quarter.
This website is informational in its intent and
will be updated when
necessary.
