LEGO DIRECTIONS WHAT ABOUT ME


During the course of this class, students will develop their problem solving skills through two process based assignments focusing on the field of Communication. During the first project student will gain an understanding on how computer programs can work together, as they create directions on how to make something out of Legos. Next, the students will devlop their communication skills, with the use of Microsoft PowerPoint, as they creat a commercial like presentation about themselves.

In this hypothetical situation, NMS is starting up a buddy program, and needs to match potential 8th grade mentors with incoming 6th grade students. Your challenge is to create a presentation with some information about yourself explaining why you would be a good “buddy”
