Children In Action

A full day program for children 3 to 12 years-old

Location:                    Gibraltar Early Childhood Education Center 21762 Harding,

                                    Rockwood MI 48173 (building has central air-conditioning)

Schedule:                    June 16, 2008 – August 22, 2008

                                    Daily – Parents have the choice of weeks that the child may attend.

There is a 2 (two) day a week minimum charge for each week

                                    selected.

Hours:                                    Monday through Friday 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Registration:              By mail at 21762 Harding, Rockwood MI 48173 or in person at the

Latchkey programs at the Gibraltar Early Childhood Education Center, Hunter, Weiss, Chapman and Parsons.

Fees:                           Full-time (5 days/wk.) $135.00 a week or $27.00 per day

                                    Part-time (2-4 days/wk.) $31.00 per day

                                    Tuition payments are due every Monday morning.

Weekly Themes and Activities

Daily fees will include all listed activities, field trip entrance fees and busing cost.

Sports-O-Rama – Where children will explore basketball, softball, kickball and volleyball.

Water Adventures – Tuesday’s, June 24 – August 19, 2008

Field Trips – Thursday’s June 26 – August 21, 2008

Food

Ø      Pay per week/per child - $10.00 per week, which includes; breakfast, AM. Snack, mid-day snack, PM. Snack and liquids through out the day.

Ø      Bring your own sack lunch Monday through Thursday.

o       In an insulated lunch box/bag due to limitation of refrigerator space.

o       Provide a labeled water bottle everyday.

Ø      Friday pizza lunch can be purchased for $3.00 per week.  It will include a drink, two slices of pizza, chips and a fruit.*

*Due with the weekly tuition payment.

Accepting registration forms April 1, 2008 through May 1, 2008.  It is important to register during this that time, to insure that the proper amount of staff can be hired, and field trips can be confirmed.
